Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), informed in the 41st
Annual General Meeting that there are 25 million Jio Phone users across the
country. The company announced the launch of the new live phone (Jio Phone 2) on
this occasion. The sale of this phone is going to start from August 15. At the
same time, it will cost Rs. 2999.
At the same
time, the company has also launched Jio Monsoon Hungama Offer. Under this
offer, the live phone can be purchased for only 501 rupees. This offer is being
started from 21st July. It is known that the price of old live phone was Rs
1500.
One of the
options customers have to buy Jio Phone 2 is that customers wait till August 15
and buy new live phone 2 by paying 2999 rupees. Apart from this, an option is
also to take advantage of the live monsoon ruckus offer coming on July 21 and
give an extra Rs 501 by returning the old feature phone. After this the company
will give them a new Jio Phone.
The
eagerness of people about Jio Phone 2 is quite enough. The difference between
JioPhone and JioPhone 2 is the QWERTY keypad. At the same time, both phones
support 24 languages of India. Both phones have a 2.4 inch screen and dual
nano SIM card slots are provided.
Both the
Jio Phone and Jio Phone 2 phones have 2000 MH battery in the feature phone. Apart
from this, both phones have 2 megapixel rear camera and front VGA camera. Apart
from this, the talk of RAM will be 512 MB and 2 GB of internal storage has been
given. At the same time, with the help of Micro SD card, memory can be
increased to 128 GB.
